Level VII Coaching is about giving back, sharing what one has learned as a WBK Student.
It is full circle, and the more you give as a Coach the more you gain in return.

In Level VI: "Mastery" the Student’s goal is to master and flow with all the
Level I-V boxing training skills.

In Level VII: "Coaching" the Student-Coach's goal is to master and
flow with all the Level I-VI boxing coaching skills.

Components
WBK Student-Coaches will
successfully
complete the following components:
- Successfully achieve Level VI Boxing Skills
- Successfully complete their SPARTA EVALUATION
- Successfully complete their Interview Screening/Evaluation
- Successfully complete their Technical & Practical Level I Coaching Sessions (6-8 months/3-4 Rounds) & Evaluations
- Successfully complete their Theoritical Level I Coaching Sessions & Evaluations, including a 2 day WBK-NCCP: (National Coaching Certificate Program) workshop.
Requirements
WBK Coaching Staff will meet
the
following requirements:
- Practice what they preach. They will attain and sustain excellent skill, strength and conditioning levels.
- GTATC (Get Their Ass to Class) and demonstrate a never-ending commitment to excellence in their Level VI boxing training skills, Level VII boxing coaching skills and SPARTA Evaluations.
- Be inspiring role models for students (Levels I – VI) to follow.
